How does it compare to Insanity or T25?
It doesn’t. Insanity Max 30 is a program like no other. Insanity is intense, but there are several water and stretching breaks. T25 is great, but not as extreme. I went from doing Insanity to doing Insanity Max 30 and I the difference in intensity between the two workouts is extreme. With Insanity Max 30 you go, go, go – you go until you can’t go anymore, and when you feel like you can’t do one more rep – well, you peel yourself up off the ground and do 3 more!

When do you start to see results?
You start to see results around Day 4. If you follow the workout and give it your all, and if you follow the food plan, you will start to feel stronger by Day 4. You won’t master the workout, and your max out time will most likely be under 20 minutes, but your legs and arms feel FIRM. You can feel your body getting stronger and you can feel your body getting leaner. By the end of the first round, 30 days into the program, you will visually be able to see a dramatic change in inches lost. At the end of the second round, 60 days into the program, you won’t even recognize the person in the before picture.
