When you cook a new meal – you are pumped! You made the decision to start living a healthier lifestyle and want to try new things. You go to start your recipe and WAIT – you forgot one ingredient. The worse feeling in the world when everything else has been laid out. While this list is subject to change, these are the most common spices and cooking liquids used in many Beachbody recipe books and recipes found online.
